בית מודרני במושב

המושג “חריש” היווה מקור השראה ראשוני בשלב התכנון הרעיוני של הפרויקט. “החריש” המהווה התערבות סדורה למתחם אדמה, מחלק אותה לרצועות או אזורי זריעה. אותם אזורים המהווים תתי-חלל של החלקה מופיעים בוילה בתצורת חללים שונים, כאשר מקצבי “החריש” מייצרים את המעברים בין הציבורי לפרטי. החללים יוצרים מערכת סדורה אורכית ומערכת אקראית-רוחבית, של האדם ותנועתו בבית.

תכנון הבית משלב פרוגרמה עם מבנה קרקע טופוגרפי שיפועי קיים, במגרש צר וארוך בשטח של כשני דונם. הבית הינו מתחם כולל המשלב חיבור בין “בתים” נפרדים בעלי קומה אחת המשרתים את הפרוגרמה של יחידת ההורים, יחידת הילדים, החניה+שירותי האורחים+המטבח. חיבור ה”בתים” נעשה ע”י “סככה” – מבנה קל המשלב זכוכית עץ ופלדה ומשרת את הפרוגרמה של פינת אוכל וחלל אירוח. אזורי החוץ משלבים את הקשר בין הגינה הקדמית הסמוכה לרמפת הירידה לחניה ולציר הגישה הרגלי של האורח ובין הגינה האחורית המכילה בריכה, פינות אירוח וכן מוקדי תצפית שונים אל עבר חלקת המטע האחורית.
