Our amazing project in Migdal HaShachar, built by Tidhar Construction Company is the tallest residential tower in Israel. It consists 52 floors, 40 lower floors are offices and the 12 upper floors – residential. The client purchased two apartments on the 43rd floor which were connected to one apartment that combines residential and work. The apartment has a rounded glass facade that faces the breathtaking views of the Tel Aviv beach.
