White House
White House
A private house, built in the 70s, had a total renovation while changing the program from a large family to a couple in their 50s. The number of home spaces has been reduced to four main ones: a living room, a kitchen, a guest room with a family side and a master bedroom . The entrance floor is higher than the street level and is at the same height as the back yard of the house. The new design reinforced and emphasized this connection.
The public space had a sloping ceiling painted white, under it the air-conditioning pipe is stretched, in an industrial view. The materials and shades in the house are bright and natural, and emphasizing the natural shining light that penetrates the new entrances of the house.
