The structure envelope responds to many variables that constitute a clear planning anchor in the contextual components.
These include various views, and points of interest in the courtyard. All of these take place in a comprehensive spatial perception and also respond to the fifth front of the building – the roofs that allow for a look and connection between the interior of the house and the sky.
The degree of openness of the envelope is influenced by the following three parameters: context, program, and our I believe the planners.
The doorways for us are the result of a human need but at the same time a visual experiment that belongs to the perception of tension, composition, symmetry and asymmetry. The idea is to produce many glances as a collection of different images, which constitute a superposition between the interior space and the outside spaces. The various openings refer to the tenant’s positions in space and respond to the change in his angle of view and the height of his gaze in the various spaces. We believe that the doorway, the gaze and the movement create one complex that contributes to the human experience in space.
